Which branch of military should i join?

so im kind of a wuss and don't really want to risk dying, but i need money for college and i know each branch of military gives money so which one should i join? o yea and i can't swim so i think coast gaurd and navy is out of the question.

Marines
Army
Coast Gaurd
Navy
National Gaurd (not really sure if thats one but ill count it)
 
you don't have to swim much in the coast guard or navy (they'll teach you how to swim)

but anyway, if you join for benefits (aka money for college) YOU WILL BE MISERABLE. You know how some people complain about military life and others love it? The ones that love it joined to serve, the ones that hate it joined to be served. Go figure.

But since you're a wuss, go Air Force.
 
marines swim but not as much unless you go into like infantry...

p.s. why isn't air force on the list.....they are best for college and no swimminging

if you dont like to run dont join the marines
 
National Guard is reserve. Just so you know, there are safe jobs in each military branch so no worries there. But if you're a wuss when it comes to PT too, I don't suggest Marines. They'll teach you to swim, but not everyone in the Navy has to swim, just like not everyone in the Air Force is a pilot. I know a Navy guy who doesn't know how to swim, so. But yeah, Army gives bigger bonuses as long as you get in now. Those are going out the window pretty soon thanks to the economy.
