Which bike rates as the most fun in the cruiser/touring category?

I'm eventually going to get a bike for regional and interstate travel. I'd like to know your opinion as to the best combination of power, comfort, price, and reliability, which would translate into lots of fun trips for me.
 
power--Yamaha Royal Star
comfort-- Honda Gold Wing
price--- Yamaha Royal Star $12,999
relibility-- Yamaha or Honda
most fun-- Honda VFR Interceptor
 
Comfort, price , and reliability mean Honda for me. An 1100 or 1300 Shadow would be my choice. If you want to dig deeper into your pockets hook up with a Goldwing, and enjoy the ride.
 
Best depends on your balance of power, comfort, price, and reliability. In my case it was price, reliability, comfort, power, in that order. (Bike cost me $2325 5 years / 23,000+ trouble free miles ago.) But very few people would accept a 652cc Single as a long distance tourer.
