which bike is better?

well i have been looking for a bike to ride for about 20miles and i saw a bike at target that caught my attention called: men's schwinn trailway hybrid http://www.target.com/Men%E2%80%99s-Schwinn-700C-Trail-Hybrid/dp/B000KZ1G7Q and i loved the way it looked and the reviews were all good towards the bike. but then a few days later i saw another bike at wallmart called mens schwinn avenue hybrid http://www.walmart.com/ip/Schwinn-Mens-Avenue-Hybrid-Bike/8399247#ProductDetail i noticed that they both look identical, but i wanted to know which is better when riding it? well if there are any better bikes that you can suggest please do. i am willing to spend about $500 or $600
