Hey guys I hate the cold weather in New York, and I would like to move to a state with warm winters with as littlle snow as possible.
Also I prefer a city with low living expenses, therefore I dont want California or any city in the far west coast. I'm ok with cities in the midwest, east coast, north and south--just no westcoast.
But most importantly I need a city with a lot of restaurants and stores close to each other where I can live without a car. A city where I can walk everywhere with warm weather, or a city with a fantastic public transport system would be the ideal living for me. Or a city best to drive a moped instead of a car.
