Which bicycle brand is the best?

I am looking to buy cruisers for family bike rides - in the park, around the neighborhood - nothing extreme.
I have looked online and there are some pretty snazzy bikes from Electra and Nirve makes the Paul Frank and Hello Kitty...but I don't want to spend tooooo much money.
Are these brands really good quality or are you just paying for the brand?
Am I better off getting a Huffy at Walmart?
 
You are ok with Huffy as a cheaper option.

The gears on Huffy are the same as other up market bikes...and there are a few sharp looking accessories you might add on for the kids.
 
ANY bike from Walmart,K-Mart,Target.....are JUNK. You get what you pay for.These bikes won't hold up.
