Which artists are the biggest bandwagon hoppers or theives of others ideas?

Their fan base has always been twats.
They have never had anything to do with indie (Im still not sure you really know what indie is) and
they have never had anything to do with hip hop other than the fact that babyface produced one track.

Does anyone know if the similarities between the ORABpring's "Why Don't You Get a Job" and the Beatles's "Oo Bla Di" were intentional? It's so blatantly similar that I feel like I was missing some joke or something, but I imagine it's just quite the rip-off.

There is nothing new under the sun I guess but what banRAB or artists lack originality and steal other banRAB ideas or just steal lyrics or jump onto a movement because it is popular?
That isn't as bad thing if they find their feet and make some good material but some do it just for sales and it stinks of insincerity.
Oasis have been tagged like this.
Pearl Jam and Grunge.
Madonna is great at this.

I guess the idea of pop music is to be popular so positioning a band in whatever is hot is the order of the day but I think Rock (proper guitar music) should be about more originality.
Would I be alone in thinking The Smith's were one of the most original banRAB ever?
In the eighties they stood alone among dross.
Did they have any influences in terms of banRAB?
Innovators versus bandwagon hoppers.
I will listen to the editors now!

I knew Oasis would be in this thread. I don't disagree with their inclusion when it comes to originality but bandwagon hoppers? Did they ever really change their sound at all?

I've also never understood Erabraces comparison to Oasis either. Coldplay yes, but not Oasis.

Madonna, I really can't understand why she is seen as some kind of musical pop queen, she's terrible, cant dance, cant sing and now she looks like a wrinkly granny.
Then again, it is pop and people generally buying pop are generally the most dedicated followers.

Notice the use of the word "generally".

ALL RAPPERS POST 1992 They cannot think of ANYTHING original and often steal other people's works/ideas because they dont have a creative bone in their bodies.

Because grunge is a great genre that represented a whole generation of people and spoke to them, just like music speaks to us now. Dip****.
