Which are the best exercises for a fighter?

Well, I basecally want to have a lot of muscles, strength and skill.

I'm interrested in Mixed Martial Arts and things like that but I can't find the ideal exercises to make everyday in order to be a fighter alone, without a trainer.

Note that I only have a dumbell weighting 10kg and two dumbells weighting 2kg each, so most of my exercises should be more physical, without using gymnastic machines.

SO PLEASE, JUST TELL ME WHICH IS THE BEST TRAINING ROUTINE TO IMPROVE MY FIGHTING ABILITY...
