I'm in the same dilemma. But I can assure you that the Droid Incredible is the best in all aspects. It's 8MP camera is unsurpassed, the 1 Ghz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor provides blazing fast Internet, and the phone just looks sleek and appealing. I absolutely detest the gold on the Motorola Droid.
However, the Droid does have better battery life than the Incredible. But, this is minor when compared to all the features the Incredible has and the Droid does not. The Incredible's touchscreen is better and has better multi-touch.
If you are upset that there is no slide-out QWERTY keyboard on the Incredible, don't worry. Most Android phones don't need them, and honestly, they are just added weight.
If you are still unsure, go to YouTube or the store to test it (I've been to both). I should be getting my Incredible soon, and I hope you get your phone soon as well. Good luck!
