honestly, they're going to be right about the same.
Power I would expect to vary by a few watts, but unless it's 100 or so you'd never hear the difference.
Quality/reliability -- again, hard to go with one over the other.
I would take into consideration the Alpine's have been around for a few years and are generally considered a good quality amp. The Prime's are RF's new entry level so it might be expected the RF would have more defects with a new release vs Alpine who's been building and selling that amp for a while now.
