Which amp should i get for my kenwood 12" sub?

So i've decided that the 12" kenwood sub is the best bang for my buck. Its 1100w peak and 400rms. I've been looking for an amp to power this thing and i'm debating between this rockford fosgate amp and MTX amp. The rockford amp has 325w bridged@ $100 and the MTX has less at 210w bridged@ . Which is better? I also am looking at this Profile amp which has more RMS@ 480rms. I know that exceeds the rms of my sub, but would that be enough to hurt it? I also have a problem with it being a no-name brand amp so if it doesnt work with my sub thats fine i'd feel better wiht the name brand ones. I'm just looking to get the most out of my sub and i want to get it right. So remember i'm looking for the most "bang for my buck" that my sub can handle.

I forgot to include the price for the MTX amp but its $110...So its more expensive than the rockford with less watts. But since its MTX i'm guessing its better?
I also saw this Sony xplod 800w 400rms amp. I know people dont really like sony xplod products but this thing looked ok...except for the fact that its about $50 more than anything else i've been looking at
