wheres the fuse for a 12 volt accessory on a 1999 pontiac firebird?

My 12 volt accessory adapter thingy isnt working at all.... I just purchased a led light fan to install, and no power! I've looked under the hood at the fuse boxes there, but I didnt see anything that looked like it went to it. what could be the problem?? blown fuse? HELP!!! thanks
