where would i find the killswitch on my 98 Ford Explorer.?

We are having trouble with the antitheft stuff on my truck. My son unlocked the doors from the inside a bunch of times it triggered the anti theft. We figured out how to deactivate the alarm but the theft light keeps blinking on and off and the truck will not start. A friend suggested trying the killswitch, but we dont know where its located so if anyone knows or have any other suggestions of what would be wrong with it, it would be a big help cause we dont have the money to take it into shop
