Crikey a Wild Ski Bum

This summer I'd love to work or volunteer as a hiking guide of some sort, just to get outdoors and help others appreciate the Rockies (Colorado). I've heard of people who do this kind of thing, but I have no personal experience with any kind of company that offers this.
I'm a moderately experienced mountain climber with around a hundred different 12,000-14,000 mountains climbed, but I'm not some Everest expert or anything. For my club at the university I lead camping+14er climbs and it's an absolute blast! I'm not meaning to lead experts up giant mountains and keep them from dying -- just help inexperienced flatlanders enjoy the mountains.
Does anyone know of an organization that does things like this?
