Where to I get the midi USB from redoctane?

I recently noticed that my green pad doesn't work on my guitar hero drum kit. I downloaded the drum tuning kit from red octane. Now I need the midi USB cable to attach my drum kit and fix the sensitivity to the green pad. The cable is mailed free by red octane, I need to know where I request the cable? Please help, I miss playing guitar hero drums
