Where to get flash paper?

There's this paper that magicians use; I think it's called flash paper? It burns really fast and has a bright flame, but doesn't leave behind any residue. I want to get some for cheap. How do I get it? Where's a reliable source to buy it (preferably a shop in reno, nv). Is there a way to make it at home?
