Where to get cool school supplies and locker decorating tips?

This year, I've decided I want more original and fun supplies. Like smelly erasers or funny notebooks, anything goes. Anything that's fun to play with is great. But please nothing too expensive. :)

Also, I want some cool locker decorating tips. Any unique ideas are appreciated. :) and I'm not the best at arts and crafts so anything easy to make is also appreciated.

And any sources and websites would be AWESOME. :)
