i dont think its possible, i know that pac mall and 1st markham dont have them at all, your best bet would be ebay..ask the sellers if they have any that is made in finland~

come here in dubai or abu dhabi, all the Nokia S60 phones are all made in finland...

It actually makes no difference. It's a perception thing. The only thing you'll be guaranteed is that the made in Finland one will not have the Chinese strokes on the keypad.
