Where to find old OS software?

I need to find the 3.7 OS software for a T-Mobile 6230. T-Mobile only has 4.x listed on their site, and we need to do some testing with 3.7... I called T-Mobile and they told me to "find my original cd's" yeah, right... ugh...

anyone know where I can find these???
 
sure did... each provider has the downloads for their device... if you have tmobile, you go to tmobile's site, etc etc... RIM even links them off their site:
