Where to find contract changes online???

Under the CTIA Consumer Code for Wireless Service at&t is to provide customers the right to terminate service for changes to contract terms within 14 days of the change. My question is, how in the world do you find out if anything has changed. I do not receive a paper statement as this costs extra. Can I find it online anywhere. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
 
When you log in to your online account and you're on your main page, look on the left under Billing and Payments and click the link that says "View Full Bill". Once your bill loads it looks just like what a paper bill would and you will be able to see any upcoming changes to contracts, service, etc etc.
