where to buy the n73 from?

I wasn't looking for the cheapest at the time, although they were cheaper than some others I looked at, I was looking for an in-store experience since I has never gone unlocked outside of a carrier and wanted them to do the settings for me and view the phone in person before getting it.

Turned out to be a great move and a great experience, also I have a place to take it back to if something goes wrong.

Worked out well for me.
 
Yes I paid tax, but didn't pay shipping as I picked it up, worked out about the same I guess. Don't know if you have to pay tax if buying online or not.
 
I've decided that this is the phone for me. I am switching providers (been at Sprint for 5 years now). I've seen local resellers list this for 200 less than the prices you guys have listed above if you buy into a 2 year contract w/ cingular or t-mobile. I'd prefer to do that, as I could only afford about 300 or so for the phone (I saw it listed for 279 in the bay area). Anyone ever deal with E-Mobile Cellular in Burlingame, CA? Anyone know where else I can get it with a 2 year contract (for under those 400 prices I see on e-bay, etc.)? Thanks a lot.
 
bought mine from wirelessmilenuim at ebay. Very good service. I was happy with the purchase experience. Plus I had the European model, not the asian one.
 
I just bought an N73 from I Cell in San Francisco. Got it with a 1 year TMobile agreement. Phone was $250 ($275 with tax). If you go with a 2 year agreement with TMobile, it's less than $200.

Only downside was it took them 9 business days to get the phone and the guy signed me up on the spot, which disabled my Verizon account and would have left me stranded without a phone for a week if he didn't have a spare GSM phone to lend me.

Wait until the phone arrives to enable your account since you're currently on Sprint.

Additionally, the power connector for the charger is EU, so be sure to get a US charger from them (I still need to do this, I'm using a converter right now which is not ideal).

So far I like the phone, but it's still a phone WITH a camera, not a phone AND a camera. Meaning, if you're expecting digital camera quality pics and usage, it's not quite there yet.

I also got a 2GB miniSD card, which shows it as being able to hold 2700 pics when empty. I loaded it with 1.3GB of music which I can play from the file manager, but the media application has to scan for mp3 files and it takes forever. I haven't let it process enough to index the mp3s. I'll do this overnight sometime.

hey, thanks friend of Ibkiss. I might try and wait for the N95, not sure. I will check out ICell over on Clement, as it's not too farf rom me. The N95 might be a better thing, in the long run, but that means waiting another 4-5 months. I need a new digital camera and I am not fussy about my digital camera. I still have a 2MP from 2001 (which failed me on a recent trip to Vegas, hence my dream of replacing it with something more mobile, like a cell/camera). The pics I have seen of the N73 have been as good as my old camera, so that is why I was considering it. But with 5MP, the N95 might be the way to go. Thanks.
 
Thanks for that link, I might actually go with the n73 over the k790a now. I was too worried about Nokia USA not giving a warranty since all N73's right now are international editions. I even emailed Nokia USA and they said they will not honor international Nokia Phone warranties and they also will not repair them for a fee, some BS about different software etc.
 
I bought mine from HKS-Mobile.com They have the best service I have come across and seems alot of other people on here have too.

Got english keypad and had fast service.
