Where to advertise child day-care business online?

My mom recently opened a family day-care business in the Sacramento, California region and she's been having trouble finding ways to advertise her business. She's tried craigslist.org, and tried posting flyers around town. Do you know of any sites where she can post her ad up online? Maybe a family day-care site for the California region or sacramento region? Somewhere trusted and reliable.
