Where should I get my fish?

WAL MART AND PETSMART ARE MY ONLY OPTIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Story:
I have gotten a # of fish from each and at petsmart, i see a few dead fish in every tank, and my last visit to walmart, i saw 3 dead fish out of the 200 plus fish they had. and every fish i got from WM has lived (gotten 5) and only 1 died. From PM, i have gotten 10-20, and at least 8 have died, so where should i get them from and PLEASE AWNSER THIS:
What is the cheapest bowl at your walmart, how much and how much does it hold?

I don't know the price of the cheapest bowl at my walmart. I don't look at them because bowls make bad homes for fish.

If your fish are dying all the time, it's probably because you put them in an uncycled bowl. The ammonia built up and killed them.

If your only options are either petsmart and walmart and you don't like either, then you could try ordering fish online.
