Where should a 12 year old go for a golf camp that will lower my handicap by 5-10...

...strokes and is affordable? I score in the mid 90's on some hard course but i need to up my game. I played in 5 tournaments 2 years a go and finished around 15th place out of 30 mega beast. Thx for answering my question
