I'm looking for a Christmas gift for my father and I wanted to get him a good grater for wasabi but not the traditional sharkskin type. I researched and found there are ceramic ones that work well enough. However, there is a difference between authentic ceramic 'condiments' graters and just authentic ceramic graters. I found the one that I really want to buy which is by Kyocera, but I cannot find a link to purchase one online. If anyone knows of a website, please share. Thanks so much and have a great day!
