where is there a visual countdown clock for webcam?

Im going to be broadcasting on a webcam show for 50hours straight and i want a countdown clock to be shown on the corner of my webcam to show people how much longer i have got to stay awake... or one to show people how long ive been awake for?

Is there any software? i always see people with such countdowns. but i cant find any?
