Where is there a good Flash Animation Course?

I live in central/southern New Jersey (NJ). I was hoping to find a course in the state, but I am willing to travel to NYC or Philly.
I teach a high school level animation course, but I want to expand my knowledge.

Anyone know of any Animation/ Character Design courses with Flash?
