Where is the turn signal flasher on a 1995 harley davidson fx?

I installed new (LED) turn signals and all was fine until I got home. Now none of the signals flash, they just stay lit when pressed. The emergency flashers do work.

i think it's tucked in under the same cover as your ignition module
