Where is the SHIFT LOCK override button on a 2003 ford expedition?

My first suggestion would be to read your owners manual. If you do not find it in there and your shifter is console? mounted( you know where it's between the front seats). Look and there might be a little square next to the "P" . You can pry it up with a flat head screwdriver it should be under it.
 
Im trying to reverse my 03 expedition out of the garage so that i can get under the hood to change the dead battery but the shifter will not allow it even when pressing on the brake and turning the key in all directions. Is there a shift lock override button anywhere near the shifter and how do i get to it?
