Where is the rear catalytic converter for a 2005 honda odyssey?

we're trying to replace the rear catalytic converter because honda said that's the reason why our check engine light is goin off. we know where the front converter is but seem to not be seeing the rear cat converter. this is still part of the exhaust right? anyone can help?

most cars dont have but one and a muffler an dmost of time one has to be cut off most are welded on but if you look under car and see only one you got it
