Where is the oil Filter on a 1990 Cadillac Deville?

Can any one help describe the location of the oil filter on a 1990 Cadillac Sedan Deville? Also how much oil do you think it holds?

One of my friends was telling me that if i dont wanna buy a oil filter remover wrench that i could use a screw driver and hamer punter the filter and use the srewdrive to twist it off....so my Q is have you guys done this before and is it ok to do that ?
