Where is the odb II port in a 2000 chrysler sebring convertible?

I want to hook up a scangauge...
Yes I know it's supposed to be full accessible and withing 3 feet of the driver. But where, EXACTLY, is it for this make, model and year?
And if you know a 98 Toyota trucks's obd port location too, that is a bonus!
 
For the Sebring, bottom of the dash, mounted near steering column.
