Where is the Neutral Safety Switch on a 1998 Jeep Cherokee Sport 4WD?

Jeep wont start, or turn over. I am sure it is the NSS because the "moving the shifter trick" wont work anymore. I need to replace it myself, but have no idea how to begin.
