On the left side of the carburetor you will see a small flathead screw. This is the throttle stop screw. If you are raising the idle (turning screw in) it is VERY IMPORTANT that you pull the throttle to WFO or you can damage the slide. If you are lowering the idle (turning screw out) snap the throttle when done adjusting.
