Where is the fuse-box located on a 1994 Jeep Grand Cherokee?

Which one is for the cigarette lighter?
Found the one under the hood,no problem once I knew it was on the passenger side. But no fuses were out. I'm thinking the cigarette lighter might have another fuse inside itself that may be the problem.
Seems I remember having that in one of my old cars.

I have a '91 and your basic fuses for lights and such are located under the dashboard just to the left of the steering column.
Things like the Alarm and Fog Light fuses are located under the hood on the passenger side of the vehicle right on top of the engine. It is a big black box. You can't miss it.

there are a few fuse boxes in the jeep, there is a main one on the driver side, there is another one on the passenger side floor by the bottom of the front passenger door and there is one more under the hood on the passenger side.
