Where is the fuelpump fuse located for a 1992 Mercury Topaz?

I don't hear the fuelpump when I turn the key to on position,there is no gas running from the fuel filter lines.Will it start with starter fluid?
 
Fords have a fuel pump shutoff switch located in the trunk usually on the drivers side behind the trunk liner. They are for in an accident it will shut the fuel pump off so a fire won't start. Down fall is if you slam the trunk or a door to hard they trip. Find the switch and push the yellow button to reset it.
