Where is the fuel filter on my 1990 Cadillac Seville?

please help, car just stopped running right, still moves just not running right. I put new plugs, rotor and cap, still having problems
 
under the chasis,it looks like a metal soda-can with a metal fuel line going to the engine and the back-end going to the fuel tank
 
could be a fuel injector, try pulling the plugs off one at a time while the car is running, if you get to one and the engine does not bog down it is probably the injector for that cylinder. The fuel filter should be near the rear tire drv side by the chassis
