where is the electric window relays on a 96 cadillac?

my windows will not work, along with the radio, electric gas button and truck button. the fuses are good but i can not find the problem. ple help
i don't know what pre-fuses are. and all the fuses under the hood of the car are good and there are some behind the back seat and they are good too

Under the hood, drivers side fender in the power distribution box.
Remove the plastic lid..ta-da....

ADDED:
Or what ever side your battery is on.

I bet its going to be a fuse, some cars have fusible links or pre-fuses
