i do not know about lebanon .. so i can't compare .. thus you have to read a reply from a lebanese guy..
in egypt there are many univesities at
MIU
CUC
AUC
GUC
Ain Shams University
Cairo University
NUB
and many others ...
some of these universities have been out for a very long time .. so the degree they give you is accredited by Universities in the US ..
with the exception of the states that do not accredited any university out of the country or even out of state.
from my experience .. i find that education in the Egypt is much more harder than education in the US .. so Egyptians that travel to study abroad or get a scholarship are very knowledgeable comparing to the children in the US (hard workers as well)
my friends tell me that if you go to any university in Egypt these days .. you will find a lot of international students .. from all over the world .. Palestine Lebanon Emirate .. Jordan.. Libya .. Russia .. US .. (many of them actually live in Egypt because of the war)
