Where is the customer support for the T-mobile G1 (HTC Dream)?

I've looked everywhere for it and mine's completely broken (won't factory reset or turn on). on the HTC website the model isn't listed, and it's the same on the T-mobile website. I really need to fix it.
@mocha, what can I do then? I spend £100 on this second hand, get it, and it works barely a month.
