where is the cheapest place to camp with an RV all year round in the US?

I just bought a camper and i want to live in it permanately, but i need some place afffordable to stay at.

In the forest or the desert depending upon where you live. However if you want electricy, you will have to probably pay to be somewhere. There is always the wallmart parking lot, I hear it is free.

Or you could talk a friend into letting you live in their driveway.
