Where is the best shop to buy the better quality fish ?

You need an actual fish market or butcher that gets delivery each day. If you get it at the meat counter at the grocery store, make sure you ask when they got delivery - and make sure it's fresh, not frozen

Wegman's and Whole Foods both have wonderful fresh fish markets

I only buy from a fishmonger and fyi, fish should smell of the sea or have almost no aroma. It shouldn't smell FISHY. That means it's not fresh.

I porefer a good fish shop
