Where is the best pony camp?

I live in Oxford, England and me and my friend really want to go to pony camp this year or next year. We are both quite confident riders and can walk, trot, canter and adore jumping. The only thing we dislike is hacking around hilly areas; we don't like going up and down steep, narrow paths. Can anyone suggest a pony camp for us? Preferably, it shouldn't be any further than 3 hours away from Oxford.
