The vibrate function on my iPhone stopped working a couple days ago. I took it into the store and the people there claimed the cause of the malfunction was a tiny tiny dent in the upper left corner of the phone next to the headphone input. After repeatedly telling them that the dent had been there for five months and no problems occurred until now, they still said I owned them $250 to get a new one. After speaking to several layers of management trying to get them to work with me instead of against me, one decided to schedule a meeting. He mentioned that if I can prove the piece of hardware that makes the phone vibrate wasn't close to the dent, I may be able to get a new one for some discounted price. So I'm not interested in where the silent switch is located as much as I am the actual piece of hardware inside the phone that makes it vibrate. Links to pictures detailing its location would be extremely helpful.

Thanks!
