where is fuse #31 located on a 2005 Toyota Corolla?

I just added a HID kit and when my car starts up the HID's flash for the first 10-15sec. then are fine and stay on all the time. Also my gauge's inside my car are all turned on all the time too. So I looked up some stuff and most common answer is pull fuse #31. Ok, thats fine but where is fuse number 31. can someone show me a picture of fuse number 31.
