Sounds like the heater core. Heater cores have coolant flowing through them. Most are located under your dash on the passenger side. If they leak they will leak right on the passenger side floorboard. I've had a few that I've replaced. Some are a royal pain and some are a breeze. Good Luck!
 
If the leak is outside of the vehicle, on the ground, then it's normal. There is a drain tube that comes from the evaporator of your air conditioning system. The water should only drip with the air conditioner on.

If the leak is inside the car on the front passenger carpeting, then it's your heater core leaking coolant. $$$

Hope it leaking outside.
