Where is "file manager" in Sony Ericsson phone?

I'm trying to download free games. And the guide says to paste the file to phone folder (via usb). And then to install it in phone, it tells me to go "file manager" in phone. But I can't seem to find it. By the way the phones are:
* Sony Ericsson w200i
* Sony Ericsson Spiro
Where is the file manager icon??????????? Please help asap! Thanks :-)
