My party has a rave theme, just without the drugs
I need a large, cheap place in this area that I can rent out for an evening, but where I can also put up black lights and strobe lights.
You can try revolution. but I seriously doubt they can or will do it for a reasonable amount of money. You are better off to host it at home unless you have a ton of cash laying around to celebrate with. Hope you have a happy birthday.
