Where in your opinion is the best tropical destination to go for culture, awesome

food, and relaxation? It can be anywhere in the world. I need some ideas.
 
Vietnam, it is an awsome country with a beautiful people. Its one of the few remaining countries where you can have a genuine adventure. The food is very exciting and cheap but be prepared for some unusual dishes. Western influences are starting to take root so if you require a 4 star hotel you can get one but you will pay western prices for it. If its a cultural break that you want being as native as possible adds to the experience don't you think?
 
Kauai in hawaii is the best you have resorts and open beaches all around you trust me i loved it there
 
My faves regarding your criteria:

Turkey - you will have all three! Lots of culture and excellent food in Istanbul, and relaxation in one of the resorts
