Where in LA, OC, San Diego, or Inland Empire should I have my 30th Birthday party?

I live in San Diego, my sister is in Valencia, and most of my relatives are in Riverside. I'd like to find a fun place to host my birthday party for mostly adults and maybe a few children. I'm a kid at heart, so I like rides, animals, and kid places, but I also like good food, drinks and dancing. Also, we want to keep it at under $25 a person, so Disneyland is out. Places I've considered are Dave and Busters, Castle Park, Universal City Walk, and Michelli's. Any new ideas or feedback on these places would be appreciated.
 
Dave and Busters is fun. But I always liked going to Knott's Berry Farm. I think tickets are about $25. Maybe a little more, but definitely not as much as Disneyland. There is so much to do and its great for kids. Hope this helps.
