Where, in God's good name, is the EGR valve located on a 1993 Toyota Tercel?

Manufacturer's date is 11/92. The engine is EFI, a 1.5L and has a standard tranny. I've already looked around the manifold and even though my Haynes manual gives me the pic for where this part is suppose to be, it just isn't there! Nothing looks tampered with so if you got any ideas, please, help.
holy crap! you guys don't have a freakin clue as to what you're answering! oh well, loox like plan b...
